I cannot say enough about the incredible care my son received at Al Raba Hospital in Abu Dhabi. While visiting from Toronto, Canada, my son had a sudden dehydration episode that required an ER visit. From the moment we arrived, the emergency team acted quickly, professionally, and with a level of compassion that far exceeded most hospital experiences we’ve had in North America. What truly stood out was how attentive and thorough the staff were throughout his stay. My son was kept under observation for over 24 hours, and to our surprise, the hospital did not charge us a single penny for the care he received — something almost unimaginable elsewhere. I want to give a special thank you to the nursing staff, who were outstanding in every way. In particular, Nurse Aziza Ali Elrawy Edris deserves special recognition. She was exceptionally kind, skilled, and compassionate — one of the best nurses I’ve ever encountered. She went above and beyond to ensure my son was comfortable, cared for, and that we, as parents, felt reassured throughout the entire experience. Al Raba Hospital set the standard for what healthcare should look like. Thank you to everyone there for turning a stressful moment into an experience where we felt supported and cared for at the highest level.

The hospital is fully rennovated and fully equipped, very punctual about appoinyments and the staff are very well trained in rhe process flow for patient journey Abdulla Alameri from marketing did a great job here ! Doctor Abdulazeem especially is one of the reasons i come here also the rraddic and wakt time is less Not to forget the phsrmacy is fast and very well srocked
