We arrived as an emergency case with our son Lucas experiencing a dangerously high fever and severe symptoms. The ER pediatric team provided exceptional care—professional, attentive, and compassionate. Amazing doctors and very skilled nurses. Especially Poline. Upon transfer to the pediatric ward, care from Rowena and Royce was outstanding. Cleanliness, food quality, and general services exceeded all expectations. Staff displayed a consistently friendly and solution-oriented attitude throughout our stay and was always on hadn't ro attend to any of our needs. **Key Shortfalls:** 1. ** SEHA Ambulance Delay**: It took **45 minutes** for the ambulance to arrive—unacceptable in an emergency case. 2. **Pharmacy Issue**: When I as a mother fell ill during our stay, ER pharmacy could not process my medication under MedNet due to lack of an online system. I had to pay out of my pocket, which should not be the case. Despite these issues, we are grateful for the high-quality care and support in the hospital. Thank you to all staff for contributing to Lucas's fast recovery.

The hospital has mixed reviews and I was very reluctant to head to it when I had an emergency late at night, but it was the only one with cardiology emergency this time. I was surprised everything was well organized, all kind of tests were done to me, the ER and wash rooms are spotless and the nurses and staff are so nice. I’m not giving full star as the only thing that can improved is the speeding the service a bit.

Dr.Tehmina Khan is a very friendly and Caring doctor.I was so Comfortable to speak with her. I have been waiting in the Laboratory Male Waiting area for more than an Hour,there is no Receptionist and The receptionist who sits in the female area not coming here only calling Female Patients though he called My Token number he asked me to wait and only sitting in side of female waiting area.His behavior also slightly Rude though I was the patient.I waited quite a long time just to Pay the bill though there were no rush.
