We are very grateful for the management we got from neurosurgery team, general Paediatrics and infectious disease team for my baby. The service is excellent and they they gave us hope for our child. 5 starts are not enough to express my gratitude.Also special thanks to the nurses who attended the baby. Hopefully baby will get better. Insha Allah. Thanks for everything.

⚠️I will not recommend anybody to go to this hospital if emergency occurs!⚠️❗️❌ Very worse experience, they put Humans Life at Risk and doesn’t care about the emergency patients but just Money! -Money! Money! I went there and at 05-06-2025 @ 9:12AM I explained to them my 7months pregnant wife fell on her belly which caused her an internal Injury and and pain from the pregnancy and chest and she can’t breathe very well or sleep even.. I went and fill all necessary documents and they ask me about 750 AED before they take care of my patient because her insurance expired, I assured the receptionist manager that I can’t give her money now so they should proceed to take care of the patient and if there’s any outstanding bill it will settle it before we take a leave from the Hospital…. They brought me application and signed 4times so that they can proceed to look after the emergency patient (pregnant woman). We waited for an hour and went to the doctor room to wait again, As the doctor arrived she first ask about money before she can take care of the emergency patient and I told the doc just fix the problem first and proceed any check up if there’s any bill soon we will settle because we have already signed …Can you imagine the doctor told us ok we will do for you and sneaky ask another nurse to bring us out before they get the money first after then she can check for the emergency patient.. They drove us off from the room. Indian Doctor with unqualified English communication and unprofessional. I was surprised to get these worse experiences from the Government Hospital that has turn into business and no one cares who dies just money money money with cheap makeups staffs and not working just pressings phone whilst patients are dying… Very racist experience and it’s very terrible.. That is not Hospital but a Business poor working and poor doctors all the staffs need to be sacked and thrown off to the street …⚠️⚠️❗️❗️❌

Received very good care from the hospital and also staff behavior very good .Would like to thank medical, nurses,PRO and Case managers Raj and Siboj for their continuous assistance and support. Nursing team gets along very well with the patient and took care with motherly affection. I really appreciate entire team and Tawam hospital for their exceptional customer service.
