I decided it was time to upgrade my 2024 Civic Type R to a 2025 Integra Type S yesterday, and the Grubbs team came through! I arrived midday and was out by the afternoon with the car I wanted. Monica was fantastic and extremely professional throughout the sales experience, from answering the phone when I called, getting me in right away to look at the car, and working with me to make a deal that worked for me. I am very happy with my choice to do business with this dealership, and I feel comfortable recommending them (I have worked in the dealership/automotive industry, including Honda/Acura, for 10+ years, so I have a high bar for what I consider to be a good experience). I had no intention of buying a car. I had spoke with a sales expert (Monica) from Grubbs Acura of Tulsa on the phone. I had a appointment to meet up with Monica on Thursday 22nd. I wanted to look at the new 2025 Integra Type S. When I arrived Monica was well confident and of good vibes like she knew she had a buyer. I test drive it & loved it. After I drove it, Monica showed me the Acura MDX A-Spec & also I loved it too & purchased the MDX A-Spec instead of the Integra Type S. I thought that would be it for me & I would be happy. But I felt that I wasn't completely happy after I got home with it... I tried to let it set on me to see, if I could settle with the MDX A-Spec. On Wednesday the 23rd. I set appointment with Monica, so she can show me how to work the features on the MDX A-Spec. So I set up another appointment to meet on Friday the 24th. So when Monica was showing me the features on the SUV/ MDX I told her my heart was set on the Acura Integra Type S. Monica said I have both & I was thinking that and I said see what you can do to make it work to make it happen. She said she can manage that. Before you know it I had purchased two cars and I felt within my heart I was happy to have both vehicles to MDX h spec 2026 and the Integra Type S 2025. 2 days after the first one. Felt relieve, settle and happy. Monica did it marvelous job & magnificent job with good customer service I left Grubbs Acura of Tulsa very happy with both cars ..

Service department: Raymond did a great job! This was my first experience with Grubbs service and it was wonderful! It only took about 70 or 80 mins. I made the appointment online which was very easy. Raymond was ready for my arrival and greeted me by name. I love the digital text of recommendation for my vehicle and the included estimate. There was no pressure to get those done same day, which was VERY refreshing! Price was very reasonable!
