Select Medical Connections - Travel Nursing Agency

Callie has been my recruiter for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is kind, organized and supportive and goes above and beyond as a recruiter. This is my second travel nursing agency and there is a huge difference in commitment and communication that I see with select medical. Callie is always there to help guide me if there are issues. She always answers promptly and helps me figure out the best plan for me! I have never had issues securing contracts with this agency and plan to continue my journey with them for a while :)

I worked with Select Medical Connections (SMC), thanks to greatest recruiter, Laura. Since this was my first agency, Laura ensured that I was well informed and comfortable about my travel process. She was understanding and supportive, frequently checking in and promptly addressing any inquiries I had. She took the time to thoroughly explain the details of the assignments, including what to expect in terms of workload, accommodations, and travel logistics. I will always be grateful for having such a dedicated recruiter like Laura, and looking forward to continue working with SMC.

My experience with Callie Blom from Select was great! She was very quick to respond, provided lots of information, and took the time to answer every single question I had, and I had a lot of them since it was my first travel contract! She also felt like a friend :) I am appreciative of the experience♥️ I had been thinking about travel nursing for almost a year and Callie had been very attentive this entire time even though I had not even decided to start yet. She made sure to reach out with contracts she thought would interest me, and just always keeping me in mind. Until I finally did accept a contract in Newfoundland:) While it was hard work, it was also great to meet some really wonderful other nurses and make life long friends, as well as adventuring a beautiful place.
