Anne MüntingaIch wollte ein Kissen umtauschen, was ich 2 Tage vorher gekauft habe, dies war ohne Kassenbeleg nicht möglich, da ich mit Karte gezahlt habe und der Artikel genau 8€ gekostet hat, war es trotz zeigen von online Daten auch nicht möglich. Ich sagte auch ich würde ein größeres nehmen, bestand nicht auf eine Rückerstattung des Betrages. Es geht nur mit Kassenbeleg, kann ich mit Leben, die Angestellte war so freundlich und hat mir erklärt wie umständlich der Kassenbeleg gescannt werden muss für einen Umtausch, hoffentlich bekommt das Unternehmen ein besseres Kassensystem 😉 die 8€ kann ich verkraften, was ich beim rausgehen nicht so schön fand, das mir spitz mitgeteilt wurde, das der Artikel ja nicht mehr eingeschweißt war und daher kein Umtausch möglich ist, die ganze Serie von den Kissen im Regal werden nicht in Folie eingeschweißt verkauft.
