Priska MundeleJe viens à peine de sortir de cette boutique et comment vous dire que jamais je ne me suis sentie autant offensée. Jeudi dernier j’ai pris un coffret de montre, en demandant à la vendeuse si il pouvait être repris ou échangé car je n’étais pas sûr de la taille, et la vendeuse m’a dit que c’était possible. Aujourd’hui je reviens pour un retour car le taille ne correspondait, je tombe sur la même vendeuse qui me hurle dessus en me disant qu’il n’effectue pas de remboursement. Voyant que je voulais lui rappeler ce qui est marqué sur le reçu, elle me rembourse avec une mine très désagréable et désinvolte. Vous êtes tombée sur une personne très calme et respectueuse mais vous arrivez tout de même à être méchante. Détendez vous !!!

luc RAYNALDYCe magasin est spécialisé depuis des années, en fournitures pour l’horlogerie, la bijouterie etc. Il dispose d’un stock important et l’on est sûr d’y trouver ce que l’on cherche. Pour preuve, je cherchais une minuscule pile bouton CR 1225 introuvable ailleurs. Dans le vaste rayon de piles, j’ai trouvé cette pile pour mon grand soulagement. Un mot sur l’accueil du personnel, toujours aidant et souriant.
