Sorry to post this. it's because I am helpless. I purchased a Ford Focus (2015) from Evans Halshaw Old Trafford on 6 October 2025. Car delivered by Varun preet if i am right. He just offered me a test drive inside the showroom itself despite i was insured from that day ( refused to drive outside). On the very same night, several warning lights appeared, including: Tyre sensor fault “Hill Start Assist not available” ABS warning light Traction Control warning light Auto Start-Stop is not working Back door noise The next day, I returned to the dealership to report these problems. I was told that the issues had been fixed. However, after driving only a few miles, the same warning lights reappeared. I then went back again and waited for nearly two hours (my wife lost her shift due to that), after which I was informed that they had replaced a tyre sensor. Despite this, the warning lights continued to appear intermittently, and key features such as Hill Start Assist and Auto Start-Stop remain non-functional. This indicates that the faults were not properly diagnosed or tested before the vehicle was handed over. On 9 October, I had to drive again from Swindon to Old Trafford (a nearly 4-hour journey each way) to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately, even after this visit, the same problems persist. Now, when i called again to look into the matter, they said that you need to go to your near dealership of any Evans halshaw they will fix it. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and loss of confidence in the reliability of the vehicle. I expected a car purchased from an authorised Ford dealership to be thoroughly inspected I look forward to your response and a prompt resolution to this matter. After registering a complaint, i waited 1 week, but there was no response #evanhalshaw #forduk ITS BEEEEEENNN MORE THAN 2 WEEK NO RESPONSE. CUSTOMER SERVICE???

I rate my recent experience with Evans Halshaw as 10/10, 5 star, 2 thumbs up… full marks! I purchased a used car with the help of Tahir. Tahir patiently and with interest listened to what we thought were our needs and after a detailed chat, helped us realise some additional ones we’d not thought of. Jacob Warburton was friendly and helpful. He made us feel very at ease when we were buying a car. As a considered purchase, we had lots of questions and he answered them all succinctly. I would recommend them and him. Jacob should definitely be getting a substantial pay rise!
