Steven is the best! He explains the materials used by Sendora and their differences very clearly. He answered all my questions without hesitation, which shows how well he knows his product. Initially, I planned to compare other door brands, but I ended up making a booking right away during our visit. On top of that, I also purchased a digital lock after hearing his explanation and seeing his demo. All this time, I had been set on getting a Philips digital lock instead! If you're looking to replace your current door, look for Steven—he will do his best to assist you. He even responded to my messages at night, outside his working hours.
