This was my first time using Senior express and I was impressed! Jacob J. arrived on time and safely drove me to my appointment (without getting lost). He assured I was in the building safely and waited in the parking lot (per my request). After my appointment he got me home safely and again assured that I got to my door safely. He was polite, professional and friendly. The scheduling process was easy (online or on the phone). When the need arises, I will DEFINITELY use Senior Express again!

I called Senior, Express, Transportation and made an appointment for my mother. She had a couple of medical appointments and one additional stop. Her assigned driver was Jacob. He arrived on time to pick her up. Jacob helped her get in and out of the car each and every time. He was patient with her the entire time of the trip. Jacob was kind, patient, friendly, and professional the total time my mother added that the trip is the best transportation service she has ever experienced.Five stars all the way!
