I've been here twice First facial, brightening, paid $100 and that was good, good facial massage and full hour was used, all well. Second visit, however, completely opposite. I decided to go for a reasonable option this time, so I was told they'll do the Aveda facial worth $80 for $75. I asked the difference and was told it will be same, just some products will be reduced such as brightening serum. I was taken inside for a bleach application on neck ($25 additional) at 5.30 till 6. The facial started at 6, with 3 steps - 2 minutes of cleansing, followed by scrubbing 2-3 minutes with heating on face, then painful blackhead removal for 5-7 minutes, followed by face massage for 3-4 minutes and then face pack application. 6.20 it was over and I kept waiting in the room forever until I called someone to clean my face since the facepack dried loooong time ago. The girl who was doing it had a pretty smile, but was completely disi-interested in doing her job. I paid $100 in total for nothing this time. At reception I was told, since I had gone for a cheaper option, it was short, next time I should book facials worth $100+ for better time. I wish I was told this earlier, before going in. So my tip to everyone, spend $100+ or don't spend at all.

This is the worst salon I have ever visited in my entire life. We 3 friends book promotional deals that includes balayage, cutting, that’s around 200-250$ when we reached there after seeing our hairs she told all of us to get keratin,nanoplastia, And kera-smoothening treatment we first declined but somehow she convinced us.She did colour and all other treatment at same day.They charged me $500-550 for a balayage and keratin treatment. After the first wash following the keratin treatment, my hair looked so brassy and orange. They told me they used an ash brown color, but there’s no ash tone to be found, and the highlights are uneven. The lady was extremely rude and even forced me to buy their shampoo. When I declined, she spoke to me in a rude manner. Additionally, their straighteners weren't working properly, and they pulled my hair so much during the process that my scalp started to hurt. The staff was unfriendly, and I will never return to this salon after what they did to my hair. At last all I wanna say is From any angle it doesn’t look like ash brown color, and the keratin treatment is not visible from any side. My hair was pulled so much that half of it started falling out. They only post pictures after the treatment and styling on Instagram, but they haven't posted any pictures after the wash. The results of their treatment are not worth it. They charged my friend $700-750, but in the promotion, they mentioned that they would charge the same price for any length. When they are in the middle of process, they told us that they would add extra charges for separate treatments, which they did without informing them beforehand." The worst salon I wasted my money and my hairs looks disgusting never received a single compliment from any of my friends or family.
