My x-large black hurricane lantern arrived with a broken latch. I reached out to the owner and he very quickly made me an offer to fix the small problem. The next week I ordered the medium size one and then I ordered the small one. This company showed me thru their integrity that they serve their customers well. I have not seen an item packaged so well ever come from Amazon or Wal-mart. These are very high end looking pieces and this business owner does care about his customers!! Sincerely, Gina S
