I have been coming to serenity since last year. Everyone is good at what they do. The staff at Serenity are friendly and polite. I usually ask for Harman who is patient and understands what I need for my skin type. She is lovely. However, staff do get distracted by the phone ringing mid treatments. It does appear that there maybe staff shortages, as despite a pre booked appointment , it can mean you will need to wait for the technician to become available. However, for the treatments I got done today, I cannot fault the service, the staff and I am very pleased. 👍🏼

Disappointing experience. Deluxe manicure was hardly a pampering experience. Double the price of Hollywood nails across the way but less thorough and apparently drawing blood in an unsterile environment is ‘normal’. Felt ripped off so I wouldn’t recommend.
