Serenity Yoga Center

I started at Serenity Yoga with 30 days for 30 dollars and was able to try out a few classes which was a treat, loved everyone! My Yoga practice is gentle so that’s what I have focused on. Sara is special, she does a great job incorporating Yoga mantas, breath, and stretching, her voice and pace slow, calming and purposeful. Nina is also wonderful, was able to do a workshop with her.. she too incorporates Yoga philosophy and meditation in her classes, would do more with Nina if my schedule permitted. Sandy was wonderful too, she went to India and Only scheduling has prevented me from continuing with her. The studio itself is clean, welcoming and professional. I’ve enjoyed the clientele, it seems to attract genuinely nice, friendly people. It’s a solid studio, highly recommend.

I have been practicing yoga for about 2 years and this place is amazing. The staff all practice the yoga life style and incorporates that into the class. Every class is very relaxing (even the more difficult classes) and has a great flow. Every teacher is different, and even though most of the class say All- Level, the classes differ from each other greatly. The only con I experienced is during the winter when there was limited parking space available.

I have tried yoga many places over the years and Serenity is by far the best studio out there. I have been practicing there now for 10 years and I could not be happier with the classes, instructors and friendly management. I have had medical issues and a couple of surgeries and Serenity is my number one place for healing and comfort. I'm so grateful for these folks!
