This group gave me a reason to smile every morning. They remodeled my kitchen and family room. These rooms were so old and worn...I had no counter space in the kitchen, worn out and messed up floors in both rooms, and a wood burning fire place that I never used. Paul came in and helped me lay out a plan to double my storage and counter space. I have a beautiful gas fireplace now that I use a remote to control. Everyone that worked at my house was courteous and hard working. Any issues I had were discussed and resolved to my satisfaction. Mike and Michael did most of the work. The flooring is beautiful. The painter was so wonderful that I considered having my whole house repainted. These gentlemen were awesome. And a shout out to Ben in the office...my favorite employee. He made a point of following up on any outstanding issues. Thank you for giving me my dream kitchen!

Used Service Construction to finish a basement and add French doors and a transom to a main floor room. The company's employees and subcontractors were professional and did excellent work at a fair price. The president, Paul Saydak, was very responsive and did a great job explaining things and answering all our questions. We are very pleased with the results of the project and highly recommend Paul and Service Construction.

We found this company on Houzz and reached out to them, when they replied they asked about our project, we then sent over the Bid Set from our architect. Then they replied asking us how we heard about them, we when told them online, they replied they were not interested in submitting a proposal to individuals "Trolling" the internet. Also they stated that they only do high end work. We're 2 Physicians renovating a home in Logan Square, but they assumed we were either not looking for quality work or couldn't afford them. Very bad for business to make assumptions about potential clients and their budgets without having a discussion up front. I would never work with a company that makes such assumptions and if they do not want people to contact them from online postings then maybe they should not advertise online. If their desire is to be word of mouth only or work with specific people then they should try a different marketing approach.
