The wonderful thing about Joe, (Founder CEO) he will talk to you at the level of understanding you have. Because of his talent turned skill combined with 22+ years in the field, I have no reservations about his abilities. I am a qualified testimony on his level of expertise. With another companies debacle putting our central humidifier in a non working state (made it looked like it worked) Joe tracked down the multitude of hidden issues! We woke up on this very cold 🥶 morning with moisture on our windows. Thank you Joe! Life is comfortable in our home with a working central humidifier. I now and for as long as I live have an “HVAC Guy.” I look forward to Service Tech Heating and Air Conditioning creating a service plan we can join and take another chore off our hands.
