Joe was honest and thorough. He explained to me step by step what he was doing. He also took the time to clean up any messes left. I look forward to him coming back in the spring to check my AC unit.

Wow! Being an aircraft technician my self and having exposure and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems I have found a teacher! The wonderful thing about Joe, (Founder CEO) he will talk to you at the level of understanding you have. Because of his talent turned skill combined with 22+ years in the field, I have no reservations about his abilities. I am a qualified testimony on his level of expertise. With another companies debacle putting our central humidifier in a non working state (made it looked like it worked) Joe tracked down the multitude of hidden issues! We woke up on this very cold 🥶 morning with moisture on our windows. Thank you Joe! Life is comfortable in our home with a working central humidifier. I now and for as long as I live have an “HVAC Guy.” I look forward to Service Tech Heating and Air Conditioning creating a service plan we can join and take another chore off our hands.
