Wow, don't make an online order here. Estimated total was 80$, I showed up at 1 pm as instructed for pick up, but total was 119$. 50% increase was quite shocking, and I only received 8 of the 9 items I ordered. Total scam. Buy in store, don't order in advance

Bad experience: I entered the store, wearing my mask, sanitized my hands, walk few meters in the store and I've been bark at by a customer at the cashier : "sir, do you wear gloves?..you have to wear gloves" ok, I've been compliant, I took some gloves, and realized they have a tiny note as big as a toilet paper sheet asking customer to wear gloves. As much as I don't mind to comply with those rules to improves hygiene, I think, since this rule is very specific to their store, it should be written bigger and with an "attention" sign at the eye level. It turned out the customer who barked at me was an employee leaving her job and buying some product on our way out. What about "hello sir or good afternoon", "welcome to our store", "can I remind you a hygiene policy" ... ??? On the experience topic, those gloves provided by the store are plastic and Large size, so imagine the difficulty to open a plastic bag with those...good luck !
