Joe KoronowskiLast night I spoke for a Meet-up group at the Cowork Lab and was blown away by the sleek, modern style, the great lighting , complete audio, video setup with a digital projector and viewing screen, There is a small kitchenette to serve food with a full sized refridge and sink, This space can easily hold 30 people and the seating is very new. Next door is a learning space that can hold even more. The pricing is awesome and if you have a need for a space at I-610 and Yale in Houston then Book this space. SamI didnāt know that places like this business existed until the virus forced me to look for a remote location to work. After reviewing the prices and reviews, I found Cowork Labs and it was a GODsend. The rates are great compared to others and thereās fast internet, a nice place to set up your work station and coffee to get your day going. Anna and Andy are two of the best people youāll ever meet! They were there for me when I couldnāt depend on my own family and allowed me to keep a job during the pandemic. They deserve 10 āļøās.

I booked the space to host a professional meeting and entered into the space only to find out I actually booked a conference room next door in the Kumon building (when I entered I was met with small desks and chairs). To say I was embarrassed to bring my clients into this space is an understatement. I was also disappointed in the quality of the conference room (the walls needed touch up paint and the chairs were worn out). This space was also more expensive than a other places I looked at, but I choose this location due to the reviews and proximity to my clients office. My expectations were not exceeded and I will not be booking this space again.
