This company is, without exaggeration, the gold standard for customer service, quality, compassion, and “can-do” attitude. From start to finish, they were the light at the end of the tunnel during one of the hardest weeks of my life. On Sunday, November 9th, someone very near and dear to me passed away suddenly. With a loss like this comes tremendous grief, but also an overwhelming amount of planning in a very short time - funeral arrangements, viewing details, and a celebration of life event. It was emotional, chaotic, and fast-moving, with new needs coming up almost hourly. One of those last-minute requests was to provide hats for purchase at the celebration of life. Hats were a signature part of who passed away - he loved music, he loved style, and hats were one of his most iconic accessories. His family wanted people to be able to purchase hats on-site, with all proceeds going directly to his wife and child whom he leaves behind. I contacted so many vendors throughout Austin and surrounding areas, and every single one said “no” due to the incredibly tight turnaround time. I truly thought it wouldn’t be possible… until I reached out to Seven Clay. Seven Clay said yes when everyone else said no. They took on this project with open arms, full compassion, and a genuine desire to help. They listened, they cared, and they delivered - without sacrificing quality, care, or attention to detail. I placed my order on Wednesday morning, and they had the entire project ready for pickup by Friday afternoon. The hats were stunning - from the colors, to the stitching, to the leather patches - everything perfectly reflected the personality and spirit of the man we were honoring. His family was absolutely blown away. It felt meaningful, intentional, and exactly right. Working with Seven Clay felt effortless in the best possible way. Their communication was excellent. I challenged Josh and the Seven clays team to design and print custom shirts and hats for military Firefighters deployed over seas . He told me no problem they had our back, and they didn’t disappoint. All the guys we’re stoked with there stuff We bragged about our swag to other unit and they wanted to do the same thing, what was going to be fifty people ended up being hundreds. Managing The logistics from time difference to what felt like a ton of design changes and shipping his team was impressive and everyone on the team was great and easy to work with.
