The atmosphere of this dental office is great and the receptionists are always kind, however I had multiple fillings done at the end of 2022 and 5 have needed to be replaced within the past year. I have never had this issue before, and have fillings that are well over 10 years old from other dental offices. I understand a filling coming out now and again (even though I’d never experienced it until now), but I have now had 4 fillings fall out and a 5th one showing on an xray that it is coming loose (all done at South Pointe) and I am scheduled at a different office to have fixed. Needing to replace 5 fillings that were done barely 2 years ago is ridiculous and I am very disheartened that I am paying hundreds of dollars to replace the latest 3 that have fallen out because South Pointe refuses to do it complimentary now that they are officially past 2 years old. I was even told I would be charged an examination fee if I wanted to have the most recent one that’s fallen out looked at. Really disappointed. Do not recommend.

Outstanding service - friendly, responsive and professional staff, the dentists including Dr Mitani and Dr Johal have fantastic bedside manner and are thoughtful, hardworking professionals. I greatly appreciate the work that they have done.

Dr Sukhi is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is honest, professional and very kind. Since I have started with her I really enjoy going to the dentist. The place is neat, tidy and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!
