Stopped by Tindalls on King Street for art supplies. The shop has a decent range of paints, brushes, and paper, but it’s not as comprehensive as I’d hoped. Prices are on the high side but they do offer student discount. Staff were polite but too busy to offer much help. It’s fine for basic needs, but I expected more from a specialist store. Might return if I’m in the area

Terribly rude and unhelpful customer service. I bought an electronic gift voucher online as a gift. Unclear info on how to send it. Info does state can forward gift card from your account but didn’t seem to work. Called for help and was spoken to by such a rude woman. Spoke to me like I was an idiot and an inconvenience and denied that the info stated you can send a gift card. Won’t ever shop here again.

Just wasted half an hour of valuable time putting together an order. When it came to paying it said 'create account, optinal'. To save time, as it said 'optional' I didn't create an account. Every time I entered my payment details and tried to pay it just took me back to the beginning with no indication of what the problem was. Tried 3 or 4 times then phoned Tindals. Was told it was because I need to create an account. When I explained that it said it was optional the guy said, 'If you just want to look it's optional." ??? It says that at the payment stage, after I've looked. Of course I can look without creating an account. Absolute rubbish, thanks
