Yugenthiran Lohidascame here a few days ago to get some stuff for my dog and i was impressed by one of the trainees here, short girl wearing a black shirt. a customer was accusing her of slamming items onto the counter and was shouting at her but the staff handled it super well and was very kind and understanding towards the customer.
