I had a very poor experience. I never write bad reviews but I highly dont recommend using Shad. He was impossible to reach and did not keep me properly informed. I had other people calling me because they could not reach him or his office. I was given a very poor estimate. My cash at closing was 50% higher than estimated. I could go on but I dont like being a negative person. Just proceed with caution if you choose to use Shad.
