I had a very poor experience. I never write bad reviews but I highly dont recommend using Shad. He was impossible to reach and did not keep me properly informed. I had other people calling me because they could not reach him or his office. I was given a very poor estimate. My cash at closing was 50% higher than estimated. I could go on but I dont like being a negative person. Just proceed with caution if you choose to use Shad.

As a first time buyer I was terrified of the process, Shad made it easy and the process set in place through Fairway was incredible user friendly. He stayed in contact with me and also went above and beyond to guide me through parts not even on his plate. He's recommendations and advice were topnotch and with great consideration to our needs. I will always return for our future purchases. And that will be sooner than I would've expected with the stories I've heard about home buying these days. This company and it's People are Top Notch!!!
