Very bad experience. The kraft paper pouch in which the purchased jewelry was stuffed—without even offering a bag—turned out to be torn. One of the earrings fell out along the way. We returned to the store immediately with the torn pouch as proof. The sales assistant was rude, offered no solution, and did not apologize. We are still waiting for an email or call from the manager... In short, a very bad experience and deplorable after-sales service. Avoid the place.

After spending over 2,000 usd here and being told I qualify for a 9% tax back at the airport, I get to the airport and am told I was not given the correct receipt and don’t qualify for the money back. No one answers their phone, and the mailbox is full. I messaged them on instagram with no response either. I regret buying my bag there instead of a legit store front who would offer a better response.
