Based on FACTS. I shopped on line to find a Guildford based garage to complete a few tasks on an Audi. Fuel filter swap, serpentine belt change and coolant. The tasks were completed promptly, approximately 3 hours. However I wasn’t happy with the serpentine belt used as it was a stitched type and the garage owner was unwilling to change it at his cost. I particularly don’t trust stitched belt especially travelling big distances abroad as I do. Secondly the front bumper is misaligned now as they had to remove the bumper to access the serpentine belt and lastly the parking sensors at the front have now an open circuit and fail to operate. I will source another garage to rectify the short comings. If you do use Pantech auto technicians garage it’s better to check the parts they source and do a system check before paying and leaving. I guess it was my fault booking the service with them in the first place. Lesson learnt. Another technician from another garage discovered that Pantech did not refit the parking sensor connector on the front bumper - please see photo. This was the reason for the faulty parking sensors…. Again it would be wise to check their work before settling the bill / invoice, if you take your car to them of course.

They reassured me that the rest of the exhaust was in good condition and only the end part needed fixing. That level of honesty really stood out — they could’ve easily upsold me on a full replacement, but they didn’t. Throughout the process, the team was kind, professional, and kept me updated with everything I needed to know. It’s clear they care about their customers, and I left feeling confident in both the quality of their work and their integrity. Highly recommended!
