Beware! I wanted to buy a villa from DAC after seeing ads in all channels and so visited their recently completed apartment DAC Urban Park near SRM college, currently I reside in urapakkam. I see the apartment is handed over in hurry with patch work required at many places. Spoke to security and couple of owners and below is my observation : 1) Building is constructed with red bricks and Havells and parryware brand items. 3) Customer relationship team was not helpful and will call for payment alone and the questions will be left unanswered most of time. 4) Now maintainence is provided by separate team FAD but looks pathetic service on common areas. 5) Many walls has gukha spit, worrying to see a residential area like that. 6) Pipelines are visible at most of places which is not appealing. Even small builders make sure that are covered for building aesthetic. 7) Many finishing issue like cracked wall, holes on them which is not closed. 8) Security desk is placed in one of car parking. No space/room near gates. 9) The height of compound wall is not good enough and plastering is missing on outside of compound wall where bricks are visible. 10) Liked children's play area in first floor, small but has all items that childrens like. 11) Gym and indoor games room looks good, i saw them from outside as the doors were locked. 12) No guest car parking. 13) Owners mentioned that amenties were not provided as per agreement but owners are being forced to pay common EB bill. (BEWARE : This is against ReRa law) 14) Lift lobby is looking like a one from 3rd grade builder, visible gaps between wall and lift. 15) I could see the wires(internet) in all floors, looks like internal wiring is missing. 16) Construction scrap is all around the building in empty flats . 17) Some parking space is too small where 2 car parks are allocated. Since it is not fully occupied i could see empty car parking, but will be congested if all flats are occupied. This apartment handedover without proper finishing. Kindly visit this apartment once before you buy from DAC. I am not booking!!
