Unless you consider one of their bright red trucks side swiping your parked vehicle and not doing anything about it! Except acting like they was gonna look into this" hit and run accident". then days later, when too late to report to police..." we didn't see nothing on our million security cameras in a highly secured, enter with passes and I.d. only on a secured site!" If this was any other company they would've paid for the thousands of dollars of damage! Did I mention the millions of cameras that the site manager said was" too grainy to see anything" ? I haven't taken a " grainy photo" since the invention of smartphones...

There was a construction site in Carmel and I accidentally took a wrong turn as an Uber lift driver and I got yelled at so bad by one of the ladies who was working the safety thing and I was going like 10 miles an hour even less and she was yelling at me so much telling me to slow down, slow down, slow down, and I don’t do well with people yelling at me because it just reminds me of my mother Yelling at me when I was younger so when females yell at me A civilian I get scared and I don’t know how to respond and I get that safety matters but also customer service if you want them to get the job done they get the job done but they have terrible. Terrible customer service. I called and left a complaint with the receptionist and she transferred me over the safety department and it went straight to voicemail so I feel like this is just a complaint that will never get it acknowledge it so luckily enough the Uber Lyft people understood what I was going through and gave me a $10 tip for dealing with all that garbage That I had to deal with because a woman in a pig tail yell yelled at me

This is a downright shady company. They’ve been breaking the city’s noise ordinance by firing up loud construction every single morning at 6:00 a.m. The noise is obnoxious and way over 50 dB. Every time the police come out and tell them to knock it off, they suddenly "play nice" for a week and start at 6:50 instead. But sure enough, the next week they’re right back at it, blasting away at 6:00 on the dot. And for all that racket, their work is painfully slow and inefficient. Everyone in the neighborhood is sick and tired of this company. According to the police, the supervisor even claimed, “Oh, I didn’t know we weren’t supposed to start until 7:00.” Yeah, right. Don’t insult our intelligence. This outfit lies through their teeth and will cut corners any time it means making a buck. They don’t care about the community, they don’t care about the law—they only care about themselves.
