Shamrock Foods New Mexico

Shamrock foodservice certainly is consistent with holding up drivers for simple unloads. Came in to deliver sunday am and thwre were literally only two trucks in the dock so figured it should be fairly reasonable times to get unloaded and the recieving counters do their thing. Well,boy were we sure fooled about that thought. So far its been 3 hrs and just now recieved the text for the lumper fee. Went inside to get paperwork,nope have to wait for them to inventory and count everything now. Which from the reviews im going to guess another 2 hrs. They are super slow here. The gaurds were pleasant but the gal in recieving clearly seemed annoyed when I went inside. Maybe shes having a rough day idk,or maybe its a normal behavior. Anyway be prepared to sit for 5+ hrs to be unloaded here. The only plus is there is parking close to the location. General Gracie rating is 2 plops out of 5 Congrats you've been reviewed by Gracie. I will say this: everything that other people have described is true! I arrived at 7 am, they gave me the door, an hour later they started unloading and gave the green light, an hour later and here I am standing for three hours and there is no action. I asked the guy at the front desk, he said that we will write an SMS. This is just "madness". What are they doing there? This is a complete lack of respect! They do not value our time at all. It would be nice if all trucking companies refused to transport companies like this and others like this. I will never come back here and I do not advise anyone to. Where is the management looking? Don't let the negative reviews scare you. I had 3 pallets for here, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The girl in receiving was super nice as well.
