Darlene and Jesse were extremely helpful and hospitable, and allow me to pick up a will call at 7 AM, which I was promised the day before of the other employees sorry I was lied to and I couldn’t get my will call until 9 AM. I was extremely frustrated but decided to ask another employee and Jesse help me get my will call. It was small and not that big of a hassle. The hospitality and Customer Service was fantastic for these two but I can’t say the same for the other Employee.

These two don’t just move boxes. They move the whole experience to a higher level. Even on the busiest days, they’re upbeat, patient, and solutions-first. You feel taken care of. Seen. Like your time matters. That kind of service is rare, and it's the reason I keep coming back. Huge appreciation to them both. Shamrock’s lucky to have them, and so are we.
