We recently stayed at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore and overall we really enjoyed our time there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful — my family especially loved spending time there. That said, entering the pool can be a little tricky. It would be great to see a few more steps added for safer and easier access. We also noticed the air-conditioning in the main reception area didn’t seem to be working properly, and there appeared to be some mould around the air-conditioning vent system. During our stay, mobile AC units were being used, which helped, but for the price you pay, you would expect the main system to be fully operational. There is also quite a lot of development happening outside the hotel at the moment. While that’s obviously out of the hotel’s control, it did make getting into the inner city a bit more difficult. On a very positive note — the buffet food was 5 stars! Absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed ourselves. With a little bit of TLC and attention to maintenance, this place could be perfect.

Best staycation we’ve had! The kids couldn’t stop staring at the view and of course, they lived in the pool 😆 The sweetest receptionist helped us during check-in (wish I caught her name, sounded Thai!) and even arranged a complimentary extra bed & breakfast for the kids. Service was 10/10 — truly made us feel welcomed.Breakfast spread was surprisingly good too! Even though it’s not a halal kitchen, we still managed to enjoy quite a variety.Only regret? Our stay was way too short. Already looking forward to coming back! 💛

I would like to commend the Duty Manager Richard DEAN Molina for the excellent service during our stay. He was very professional, approachable, and attentive. When our room aircon was not cooling, he quickly arranged to transfer us to a more comfortable room. He also made my wife’s birthday extra special and plus kids memorabilia ,which we truly appreciated. His dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the high standards of the hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Stayed a night at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore and came away with a pretty solid impression overall. The check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were pleasantly greeted by a pool-view room — the floor-to-ceiling windows made the space feel bright and open, and it was a treat to wake up to the lush greens right outside and also a beautiful golf course. This is perfect for a weekend getaway away from the bustling city and also for tourists looking to golf and chill. The hotel really feels like a resort escape within Singapore. The pool area is generous and refreshing, with a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to unwind after a day out. There’s also a spa and gym onsite, plus a putting course if you’re up for something active. The Greenhouse Cafe is average though. Not much food options and tasted decent at best. The bar had nice seatings and atmosphere but the food and drinks were average as well. Prices were reasonable for a country club standard. We had cocktails during the happy hour too at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet was alright - nothing too much of an awesome spread but meets bare minimum standards.
