I had a highly disappointing stay at Telal Hotel Apartment. Despite the high price, basic amenities were lacking. They charge 5 AED for a small bottle of water, which is usually complimentary in most hotels. The room had no smart TV and the internet was painfully slow. The location is far from the metro, making it inconvenient to get around. Additionally, there was no washing machine in the apartment. The management was unprofessional and insisted on keeping my ID as a deposit, which was quite off-putting. The room also lacked a safety deposit box, and I noticed some of my items went missing during my stay which management said they can’t help. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

It was amazing to be there. Food was very tasty. Good service. Very nice staff. Reception guy was nice and kind. Rooms are comfy and clean.

Pros: Very pleasant hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. In the spa, the steam room is free. The gym was great too compared to other hotel gyms. the area offers a wide variety of authentic cuisines like Egyptian, Moroccan, yamani, Iraqi etc. Cons: - the kitchen stove is very slow and does not heat properly which I understand since they don't want the hotel to burn down. - it is a bachelors area so you see a lot of random guys just sitting and smoking and staring at people. - 10-15 minutes walking to the metro. - you could see that the maintenance was not the best. it really felt like this place has a lot of potential but it's a bit rough on the edges. Overall I had a pleasant experience, and the amenities and it's closeness to the metro, makes it very worth it.

I seriously don't understand why and how this hotel Is having 4.2 rating, this place is not close to metro, means not in walking distance, price is very high compare to the other hotel apartments which are very close to the metro, single room which I stayed had a window but you cannot open to get some fresh air, no security safe available,, you have to take care of your valubles or maybe it will be cleaned also while cleaning,, not recommended at all,, much better options available in much better rates
