Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Allentown, PA

Amanda and Chenell were spectacular! My boys can hardly ever sit still for a haircut and they absolutely LOVED everything about this place. The decor and atmosphere. The ladies were so nice and gentle and most importantly patient with them! We will definitely be back!

Super clean, super welcoming, and honestly feels like the Disneyland of salons. It’s spotless — like “you could eat off the floor” clean (please don’t, but still). The staff is unbelievably kind and patient, especially with kids — including children with disabilities. They handle every kid with calm, care, and what I’m convinced must be magical powers. My child went from squirmy to cooperative like they pressed a secret “peace” button, and kids will never be bored here — mine didn’t want to leave. I walked out refreshed, my kid walked out feeling like a superstar, and now we’re both obsessed. If you’re wondering whether to go… just go. You won’t regret it.

Our experience at Sharkey’s was amazing! Amanda cut both our son and daughter’s hair and the shift I saw in my 4 year old daughter’s experience from previous haircuts was incredible. She used to never want to get her haircut and was never a willing participant. She was so excited to get her haircut in a police car that she was able to sit for a hair wash, cut and even got a dragon braid for the very first time with a smile on her face. I’m so impressed with the environment. My son loved that he could game while he sat for his haircuts. I’m so happy with our experience! Thank you so much Amanda!
