Kayle did amazing! My kiddo was nervous for her first haircut but as soon as we walked in she remained calm and was excited during the whole process! She got a minicure to start with and then we got the First Haircut Package. They made sure I was okay with the before and after pictures that they took that would be on the hair certificate that you get at the end. Although next time I’ll suggest a second coat on the nail polish and I wish the lock of hair that we got with the package would have been longer with a whole curl in it but we didn’t take that much length off. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back to see Kayle again!

I hate to do this but the more I look at my son’s hair the more I want to cry. It’s 2 days before his birthday, and I finally decided to get it cut and I’m heartbroken. I will say they did give me half off which was appreciated, but money back does not grow hair back. The back is unevenly chopped and the lady claimed to not have cut any off the back, (I wanted no hair cut off the length) you can obviously tell she did by the jagged uneven blunt cuts that are 3 different lengths. The top is wayyy way to thin, it looks like he has bald spots on the top of his head, the only part that she did well was the sides, and honestly she should have just stopped there. She offered to add layers and I accepted thinking they would be like the picture and again I said “none off the length” my mistake. Also side note when I called to make the appointment I made sure to ask if they could do this cut. Highly disappointed and will not be back. If I could add photos I would, for whatever reason it won’t let me, just know it’s bad.

We had a wonderful experience at Sharkey’s Kids Hair Salon! Kayle did an amazing job cutting my 11-month-old son’s hair. She was so patient, gentle, and incredibly kind. When he got a little scared, she comforted him and made him feel safe throughout the entire haircut. You can really tell she cares about making the experience positive for little ones. Highly recommend Kayle if you’re bringing in a baby or toddler!

I’m obsessed with this Sharkey’s! I used to take my son to a “high-end” adult salon and always left unimpressed. Obviously we love the atmosphere of Sharkey’s, but the haircuts are why we will continue going. My daughter LOVES getting her nails done in a princess dress. Wendy is so incredibly sweet, patient, and an amazing hair stylist! 10/10! A wonderful experience!
