Connor was clear, concise, and responsive. I had a laundry list of questions and specifications and he took it all in stride and actually appreciated my need for detail, understanding, and options. He also got me a better rate than anyone else who quoted me and while others hedged their responses and tried to cast shade on competitors ("You may get a better rate somewhere but when you want a broker who cares and who gives service, yada, yada..."), Connor simply continued to provide great service AND the best rates and only said of others "I don't know why they wouldn't have access to the preferred rates we have access to - that's a question for them."
