Shawn and his team were a wonderful resource for us for our first home sale. From the moment Shawn stepped into our house to give an evaluation I could tell that he had the expertise to get the sale done and done fast. He noted what fixes needed to be made that would be the most economical in terms of saving us more of our equity. Shawn also has the insight on the market since he specializes in the Heights and stays on top of all the home sales in the area. We used Shawn's list of contacts to do repairs or get quotes on repairs on our home, such as stucco painting and sealing, general repairs, and roof repair. This saved us a ton of money, since the quotes we got elsewhere were a few thousand more than his contacts. This in combination with the expertise of what to fix that would fetch the highest prices while saving the most money allowed us to pull more equity out of this sale than we would have otherwise. Ashley, Jessica, and Stacie were also very communicative throughout this entire process and made it so easy and hands off for us. We felt well taken care of and not really stressed throughout everything, which put us at ease since we have a young child and didn't have much time to devote.
