I’ve worked with several trainers in the past, but my experience with Shawn has truly been life-changing. From day one, he went far beyond just physical training. One of the biggest impacts he had on my life was helping me completely transform my diet. For years, I struggled to find a healthy, sustainable way to cut carbs without causing issues. Sean provided excellent guidance, and the changes he helped me make not only improved my life, but also had a positive impact on my entire family. As a computer technician, I dealt with pain for many years. Working with Shawn has made me pain-free, something I never thought was possible. Shawn has played an instrumental role in helping me clear my mindset and work through negative limiting beliefs so I can live a healthy lifestyle in all arenas - from sleep, to nutrition, to exercise. The mind training has personally been the most useful to me to lay down a strong foundation of wellness. He's also getting me to shift my perspective on exercising and I'm lifting heavier weights than ever! I always look forward to every session - equal parts therapy and training. He's also connected me with great resources like a sports massage therapist and functional medical doctor to check my labs.
