Terrible experience with Swapna the Physiotherapist from the get go. After a follow up appointment from my foot surgery, I went to her right after I had received crutches from the fracture clinic that were not adjusted to my height properly. When I asked Swapna to help me adjust the height for my needs she gave me a strong “No!” with no explanation of why she wouldn’t help me with it other than to say “well you were an OT “ implying I should know how to adjust the height of them. For the record, I am a retired Occupational Therapist for many years who worked in Psychiatry and never in Orthopaedics. When I went to a private Physiotherapist he immediately adjusted them without question. During my second appointment with Swapna, she gave me exercises to do with no demonstration of how to do them. Just sent me an email with the exercises. I learn best by demonstration however she appeared not to have the time to show me the exercises even though there was time left in my appointment. On a good note, however, Melanie, the Physiotherapy Assistant was fabulous and very caring and patient with me in going through all the exercises. I have chosen to cancel all my future appointments and continue with a private Physiotherapist that, unfortunately, I have to pay for. I would not recommend this clinic, specifically Swapna the Physiotherapist to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Toronto, located at Lawrence Plaza. The staff are professional, friendly, and really attentive to your needs. They take the time to explain treatments clearly and make you feel comfortable throughout your sessions. Thanks to their expert care, and a special thanks to Melanie for her exceptional care and support—she made a big difference in my recovery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective and personalized physiotherapy.

Melrose PT clinic is a refreshing departure from your typical sterile settings with highly competent staff all around. KINJAL T’s assessment was impressively thorough and competent, reviewing my pain history, ultrasound results, previous exercise plans, etc., which she asked me to show her on my phone! The entire team – including Nikyia, PT assistant, and Prasanna, receptionist – demonstrated remarkable dedication and compassion. Week after week, Nikyia guided me through Kinjal’s exercises and answered all my questions re my shoulder, etc., while sweet Prasanna provided consistent warmth and reassurance on the phone and in person, even when I needed to reschedule multiple times at the last minute due to transport issues. Needless to say, the treatment was transformative. I arrived in excruciating pain but left almost pain-free with significantly improved mobility and range of motion. Five stars aren't enough – I'm truly thankful!
