Marcela Figueroa MunizI had the worst experience with Makayla. I went in asking for a full blonde and showed her a clear reference photo. She charged me $300 and gave me something completely different patchy, uneven highlights with super dark sections that were literally just my natural hair. It looked nothing like what I asked for. When I messaged her about it, instead of owning up to the mistake, she told me it would be another $195 to ‘fix’ it. That’s insane. She completely botched my hair and then expected me to pay again for her poor work. Total scam. Makayla should not be doing blonding services if she can’t deliver results or take responsibility. Save your money and your hair go somewhere else.

My recent appointment I got my extensions installed by her and she absolutely killed it! Even after your extensions are installed she takes the time to see if there’s any pulling/discomfort to accommodate for you:) Not only does she rock at hair, but is such a friendly and outgoing person to talk to! I always enjoy our time together! Please go book with her!!
