I can’t remember the name of my stylists, she was very friendly but the service was poorly done. I went in wanting a colour service to go from dark to a little bit of light. I told them specifically no red tints and that I wanted my roots natural, instead she put a darker colour on my roots and there was so much red tint. I paid upwards of $400 so beware. Not to mention there was very little technique with blending as you can see in the pictures.(photos taken from another salon after I had to get it fixed)

I usually have no problems here. I went last year and the lady was very nice and I got exactly what I wanted. This year I went in and asked for a haircut just hitting the shoulders with layers and curtain bangs. The girl that was cutting it rushed it and didn't do the bangs or layers. She then didn't even ask if I wanted it straight or ask my input about anything. She just kinda cut and styled it however she wanted.
