Marissa Chambers, the dispatcher, was super friendly and incredibly helpful. She made sure I got the best service possible and sent Tyler Smith, one of their top drivers, to help me out. Tyler was professional, down-to-earth, and clearly knew his stuff. He treated my classic car like it was his own, carefully loading it up and making sure there wasnt even the slightest risk of damage. He got my car safely to the repair shop, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. If you’re ever in a bind and need a tow, Sheffield Towing is the company you can trust. Juan stayed at the shop until our tire was replaced just to make sure we got back on the road safely. We had been waiting for hours for AAA to find a tow truck that could transport four adults, and we are so lucky that Juan from Sheffield Towing was able to help us!
