I had clear paint protection film installed on my classic and these guys do not disappoint. The communication was excellent, the turn around time was very reasonable, and the care taken on my vehicle was top notch. Price was also very reasonable. I am a perfectionist with my work and the quality of workmanship these guys did exceeded my expectations. They take pride in their work and it showed when I came to pick up my car. When I got in my car to leave, they had a small gift sitting in the seat along with a personal hand written thank you. Even though I did not pay for one of their top-tier, or more expensive services, they made me feel like I did. They have my future business and recommendation to others for sure. Absolutely top-notch experience with Shell Shocked Wraps! We had tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) done, and from start to finish the service was incredible. The team was super patient, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. Pricing was very fair — especially given the quality of the work, which was meticulous. What really impressed me was the communication. They kept me in the loop every step of the way — honestly, it felt like American Express Platinum concierge-level service. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be (to the minute!), completely clean, and they even left a handwritten thank-you note inside, along with some interior/exterior cleaning products and microfiber cloths. A really thoughtful touch. If they ever wanted to go even further (my wife’s idea!) — a little branded sticker inside the window with the date it’s safe to roll them down would be a cool bonus.
