Despite multiple calls (5-6 times), the supplier did not respond. When they finally did, their responses were very brief and did not resolve the issue

Since the supplier has been in the industry for many years and its main building is very corporate and large, we made a one-time inventory purchase. When the products arrived, the date was August 18, 2023. We noticed that one of the products we ordered was wrong and we reported this to the supplier. The supplier did not answer our calls 5-6 times, and when he did, he stated that he would have very short conversations and solve the mistake. But the process never went as the supplier told us. They were going to come to our warehouse to pick up the products they sent incorrectly, but they did not like the pallet they sent and did not receive it. They received it the next day and did not notify us directly. After this, they said that they would start the process of refunding the money. Today is October 19th and our money has still not been refunded. It is very annoying that a company that advertises itself as a 'distributor' or 'wholesaler' misuses the money of its customers in this way and creates tremendous customer dissatisfaction. From this date on, we will never order again, we will never work with the company called Shepherd again, even if they offer us money. If you can't do this job professionally, don't do it.

Do not buy from them if you want to sell on Amazon because they selling on Amazon as well. They are selling same price on Amazon compare to their wholesale price.

I only ordered once, years ago but it is impossible to unsubscribe to their emails. They give options to unsubscribe but when you click on the links the go to broken pages.
