Very rude and I don’t understand why the manager is so sassy to women. He also blocked me from calling as I do calibration here for services every month because he is upset with the way I talk, but I also feel offended the way he talk to me on the phone every time I see him he’s very rude Now he stopping me from getting my calibration done and I’m unsure why he’s so salty this has been going on for months, but I have been very respectful I will also like to add that I’ve been having issues with my car and the AC And heating comes on and sporadic when the alarm is about to go off to blow, my car has never done that before this installation When I proceeded to tell them that a couple months ago ago, they stated that it could not be the issue and that it was a problem with my vehicle, which is not true

The young lady at front desk was very professional. I could tell she was new on the job and still learning. Overall she was GREAT. HOWEVER THE GENTLEMAN WHO OWNS THE SHOP WAS JUST TOO BUSY AND ALL OVER THE PLACE. TRAINING ON THE USE OF SMART START WAS POOR AND THIS LOCATION STILL HAS THE OLDER DEVICES!! More important my alarm system no longer works on my car after this visit.
