Had my driveway , sidewalk and front step done and it looks amazing. I've watched people cross the road to just look at the driveway, others stop at the end and just stare for a while . It turned out even better then I expected. I went with a touch of purple and it really pops good work to everyone who helped complete this project.

In August 2022, we contacted the Technical Sales Representative at Shercom after purchasing our home and being told by the previous owner that that employee had been finalizing repairs to the fairly new rubber driveway that was covered under warranty. The issue was that the rubber was not adhering to the concrete beneath it causing it to move around, peel up and tear. Since that time we have reached out to Shercom and that employee specifically (as that’s who we were told we needed to deal with) on numerous occasions both by e-mail and phone calls and sent numerous photos at his request, however he has failed to do anything about the faulty product. In June 2024 he unexpectedly showed up at our home while we were preparing to host a wedding shower. (He said he was in the area for another job) Although we were extremely busy, we took the time to show him the issues and he took measurements and was supposed to get back to us, but again, we have not heard a word from him since. Because of the faulty product we were forced to hire another company this summer to do a portion of the repair so that we could prevent further damage from occurring. This still does not fix the main driveway pad not adhering. If you think Shercom stands behind their product and that there is a warranty, think again. Ours is only a handful of years new and showing signs of wear where we drive and walk as well as cracking and tearing around the edges. In the future we will make sure we only purchase products from companies that honour their warranties. Shercom has demonstrated that they will not be one of them.
