To all my 24 million plus readers. So you get the 411 on this place 😊 We had a fantastic experience at the denture clinic. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, making sure we understood all my options. Their bedside manner was exceptional – compassionate, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. The prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise considering the quality of care. Plus, there’s free parking to the side of the building, which is a great bonus. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone considering denture services. My experience with them so far has been very positive! . Go for it 😄

If I could give a 0 I would. I recently booked an appointment for my mom. When we first went in, it was discovered that the appointment date given was wrong, so we’re were told to wait and see if the denturist could squeeze us in. After waiting nearly an hour we were told he didn’t have time, slightly annoying but we were willing to look past it as the receptionist was very kind about her mix up. Fast forward to today, we go in for our appointment and literally within the first 2 seconds of meeting the denturist he was very dismissive, and couldn’t handle questions or concerns. He came off extremely arrogant. He took my mom’s thoughts and concerns and completely disregarded her. After him not being able to answer any questions he then addressed he was not taking new patients… WHY HAVE US COME IN THEN?! Seems to me he didn’t like being asked questions and concerns about the denture process/thought this wouldn’t be easy money for his clinic and passed on us Having read these other reviews it’s an absolute shame that we experienced such poor treatment. Will absolutely not be recommending this clinic to anyone and would highly advise them seek other professional care as he doesn’t seem to care for the concerns and well being of his patients/ doesn’t want answer any concerns. The receptionist is absolutely wonderful, too bad the actual denturist couldn’t display the same warmth and compassion as her.
