I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. My mother came in to exchange a bra for the correct size and the first employee she approached was very kind and helpful. However, another older woman — who I believe may be the manager (has like a Russian accent)— abruptly stepped in and insisted on helping instead. She then brought my mother a size that was clearly far too large, despite my mother knowing her correct size (36C) and expressing that it didn’t fit. When my mother politely mentioned the issue, this woman insisted on entering the fitting area to inspect the fit, which made my mother uncomfortable. Not everyone is okay with that kind of intrusion, and it felt very unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it seems we are not the only ones who have experienced similar problems with this particular employee. I hope the management addresses this ongoing concern, as it reflects poorly on the store. I will be reaching out to management directly because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Manager at this store is rude to her employees and very pushy towards customer making them uncomfortable. Customers will not like shopping in your store if you treat employees rudely and think you know everything. I also do not like how when in the fitting room, she comes in and looks at how you’re trying the bra on. I do not know where she got the permission for that as I did not feel comfortable and never asked her to come in!

If you scroll through the negative reviews, you’ll notice a common theme: the older lady who manages the store. I now completely understand why. I went in to return an item that didn’t fit me, and she flat-out refused, claiming it was “non-returnable.” When I asked why, she didn’t give me a straight answer and just said she couldn't help me. Per La Senza’s own return policy, only final sale and clearance items are non-returnable — and this item was neither. I knew I was in the right, so I called customer service. They immediately confirmed the item was 100% returnable and that the manager at this location was wrong. They asked me to send the receipt and product images, and ended up issuing me an e-gift card to make up for it. This manager not only refuses to follow clearly stated company policies, but she also gives customers unnecessary attitude and pushback. It’s honestly baffling how someone like this is still in charge of a retail store. She clearly needs an attitude adjustment and retraining on policy. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with corporate and will never shop at this location again. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. There are plenty of other stores where customer service still matters.
