Sherwood Family Medical Centre Walk-in Clinic at Sherwood Drug Mart

I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. The administrative staff went above and beyond—she arrived early to start checking people in and ensured everything was running smoothly before the clinic even opened. Her organization, professionalism, and friendly attitude set a positive tone for the entire visit. The doctor I saw was just as outstanding. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. It was clear he was not only experienced but also genuinely cared about his patients’ well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking for prompt, professional, and compassionate care.

Front desk lady was very unpleasant! Her attitude can make or break someone’s day and it sure did break my own! They said my baby had allergies prescribed eyes drop and I still had to take him to the hospital and got antibiotics and an inhaler!

Very poorly organized. They literally ran out of numbers in the waiting room. I was asked to come back in 20 minutes to get a number, I asked if they wanted my name and they said "no". So when I came back they randomly put me in a waiting order and gave me a number. I've been waiting for four hours now. I would see a family doctor but I've been on a waiting list for 14 months there. I would go to the hospital but the wait time is 12 hours there. I've been in pain for 4 days now... I'm thinking of going to Afghanistan to get better healthcare. #peiHealthcareSucks
