Shield Roofing did a terrific job on our roof, guttering, and garage doors after a recent hail storm. The roof looks great and they fixed our problems! The crew knocked themselves out to get the roof done and they left the whole yard spotless. Deven was easy to work with and he spent a lot of time and effort communicating with us and the crews to coordinate the work getting completed. It all happened more quickly and efficiently than we ever imagined possible. I would choose them again in the future.

Excellent Roofing Service! The team did an outstanding job on our roof. They completed the work quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves — the yard looked just as good as before they started. Deven was excellent to deal with throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain what we needed and made sure we understood each step. His professionalism and communication really stood out. What really impressed us was their dedication to customer service. When we had an issue with our satellite afterward, they came back out right away to help resolve it. Highly recommend this company!

10/3/25: We are still in the process of getting things approved/set up for our roof repair, but I feel like I need to leave a review now because THE PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW! We’re first time home owners. We’ve never submitted a claim. Never really dealt with insurance AT ALL. Lo and behold in Kansas… that won’t last long. We had a couple of storms come through this summer … and the hail was mighty. Then came the dark spots on the ceiling. Some minor water damage. Oh boy. Deven’s name was given to me by a trusted friend. I phoned him and that’s when this Shield Roofing superfan was created! He took time to explain EVERYTHING to me. Answered all my questions. Explained all the processes. You wanna talk Customer Service? WOW! These guys have it. Now … we introduce Chris. He came out to inspect our roof and, once again, I was given so much information! Every question answered. Every detail/photo explained. He didn’t make me feel rushed or like “just another customer.” When the insurance adjuster came out, Chris made sure he was here again. Keeping an eye out and helping us during that next step. I know our house isn’t Shield Roofing’s only house. BUT, with the focus and attention they give you… they make it feel that way! Which means A LOT. From an anxious, first time homeowner: Thank you guys! (I’ll update this review when the work is done!)

Shield Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They finished just hours before the next hail storm hit Wichita last night. First thing this morning they were back out to inspect the roof for damage. I had at least golfball size hail and the roof held up better than I expected. Only three shingles were damaged and they will be back to replace them as schedule permits. Can't say enough about their professional, courteous and friendly service. Not to mention their cleanup was impressive!
