Worst service ever, such a lack of commercial and professional skills The poor lady at the desk has nothing to do with it but it’s all on her unfortunately I’ve rented a car for 6 months already, then I wanted to change the car, I booked one, 15 days in advance, the day suppose to come, I receive a text that actually the one I choose is not available but I have something else, what’s the point to book then? After that I arrive 3 days after and the car actually doesn’t have either CarPlay either back cameras which I request on my booking 15 days before!!! Now they are trying to make me pay the few days overloaded because of their lack of professionalism, understanding & communication in house, I asked for the new one to be for 1 month they tried to make me sign a 6 months contract thanks again to the reception which is the only honest person in here Receptionist has fight for some discount thanks to her Such a shame I should’ve listen people that clearly told me that thrifty is a nightmare if you want to save some nerves, I won’t suggest you to rent a car with this company !

I couldn’t say enough on how attentive and helpful the thrifty staff in Meissen City Center are. They go way beyond the regular service hence I am so happy to return and book anytime I need a car. Special mention to Karen and Sadaqat.. great team !😊

I’m renting cars on a monthly basis from Theifty me’aisem city centre branch, not only the cars are always clean and always received in a timely manner. But more importantly my last encounter with them when my car had some issues. Mr. Muhammad babar Khan from Emergency breakdown team arrived at my location in 10 minutes, fixed the matter promptly and professionally. Thank you Mr Muhammad for your help and support.
