John ButterworthNormally never have a problem with JP Motors but this time getting my vehicle serviced felt like they were just trying to add more things onto the bill just because it was only warranty work I was getting done. I asked them to tell me what was going on with my front brakes and rotors, they told me a very reasonable price. But when it came to my airbag light, I felt like I was getting swindled by them. Told me it was was "open ground" so they need to diagnose what wire it is and said whatever rate it would be since the warranty company wouldn't cover it. Turns out after figuring it out myself without checking ANY of the wires, it was the clock spring. I can only imagine how many "hours" they would've charged me to find out it was a part that needed replacing, not a wire needing to be traced and fixed. I advise anyone that gets their JPMotors SAL warranty to get ONLY warranty work done there, find a different mechanic shop after your warranty is done.
